On the upper floor there is supercomfortable, extra furnished, air conditioned apartment of 100 m2 in area. Apartment has one bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, the other bedroom with double bed, two bathrooms, kitchen with dining room, living room (with two extra beds), TV - SAT, air conditioner, two balconies.

Apartment is usually rented for six or seven persons, but it could be rented for less number of persons and daily rental price depends on number of persons and time period of the season.
